1968 TRIUMPH TR5 PI WITH OVERDRIVE

Here at TRGB ltd we have the pleasure of selling this absolutely stunning TR5 pi. Last owner for 22 years. Originally restored in 1990, it was further improved by fitting a CTM chassis in 2008. Nice gaps, very good paint work, very tidy engine bay, mint underbody and chassis. Very well looked after and highly maintained. Always dry stored and only used in good weather. Huge history file, photographic restoration, heritage certificate and original factory body colour! Great specifications: Yokohama tyres, Revolution rims, stage 2 unleaded cylinder head, four pot brake calipers, vented discs, a baffled fuel tank, a Bosch fuel pump kit, custom seats, harnesses, rollover bar. Surrey top and soft section fitted to the car. Included in the sale price is a black-painted metal surrey top lid ready for the head liner to be fitted and a full set of very nice re-chromed original bumpers with bumper irons. If offers are lower than desired the additional parts will not be included in the sale price.

This bespoke example sits very well above most of the other TR5s currently on the market in the low 40k bracket. It recently passed a pre-MOT check with flying colours. It will come with a fresh MOT and ramp inspections are welcome. Also includes a year of free membership with the TR register car club.
